Who we are
Lash Social Studio is operated by The Real Look / Lash Social. These terms cover the Studio community and courses app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines.
Who can join
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of majority, you need permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your account secure and use accurate account information.
Zero tolerance for abusive content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content. Do not post, upload, send or share:
- Harassment, bullying or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech or discrimination.
- Threats, violence or encouragement of harm.
- Nudity or sexual content.
- ANY sexual content involving minors. We remove it and report it to the appropriate authorities.
- Spam, scams, fraud or deceptive promotions.
- Impersonation or misleading identities.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
Reports, blocks and enforcement
You can report posts, comments, users and messages in the app and block users from content menus, member profiles or chats. Blocking prevents both people from seeing each other's content or messaging each other.
We review reports within 24 hours. We remove offending content and ban or eject users who violate these terms. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Your content and account
You retain ownership of your content and give us permission to host and display it to operate the app. Only share content you have the right to use. You can delete your account in Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. See our account deletion information and Privacy Policy.
